An old and highly respected resident of Harden, Mr George Mclaren died at an early hour on Thursday morning 25th inst, at the age of 59 years. The deceased gentleman had been iull for the last 5 weeks and during the period of two weeks immediately preceding his death was confined to his bed. The cause of death was heart attack. About 19 years ago deceased met with an accident on the railway, and ever since then he had suffered from heart trouble. Everything possible that medical skillcould do was availed to relieve him. About three months ago tyhe deceased went toi Sydney to consult an eminent doctor there, but only temporary relief was obtained. |
