Note
|
Uncle Jack, well dressed handsome man about town. His daughter Judith is about my age. John and Joyce Edwards lived in Newtown, Sydney in the 1950's in a house owned by Sid and Peg Petty. he played Rugby for Banksia Rugby Club and Uncle Sid was the coach. I was the ball boy. the club oval is now the home of the St Georges Leagues Club. I may be confusing him with Uncle Bill Edwards but I believe in the 1970s He was a fuel agent at Gundagai. Every time we drove between lake Boga and Sydney we would stop at his depot to see him and fill up. |
